Glenmeade Elementary

At Glenmeade, we use Ro-Wards as a fun and motivating reward system to celebrate students who consistently meet PBIS expectations across campus.

When a staff member observes a student following the 3Bs, they will fill out a Ro-Ward ticket and present it to the student as recognition. Students place their tickets in their classroom’s bucket, and every Monday, each teacher randomly selects two students to spin the PBIS Prize Wheel and earn a special reward.
